This Blog will be where we tell about and post pictures of the first home to be built on 1 of 3 lots in the Northern Neck located in Whitestone, VA. We are trying to go green and use geothermal for the heating and a/c, solar panels to make electricity for net metering with VA Power and we will have well and septic. Basically no or low utilities for the month and a small carbon footprint is our goal. All with a great home that takes advantage of the river views and will have it's own dock for boating, fishing, and any other water activities.

It's going to be a long road but half the fun is getting there!
